The Taipan portable thermal imaging observation monocular is equipped with a 384×288 infrared detector and a 1280×960 LCOS display .

It supports functions like observation, highest temperature target tracking, distance measurement, WiFi hotspot , etc.

The monocular is mainly applied to patrol, law enforcement, search and rescue, drug and anti-smuggling, crime seizure, hiking, travel and hunting etc.
