The Byrna LE (Law Enforcement) is a powerful Co2 RAM pistol that comes in a practical kit. It is currently Byrna's most powerful non-lethal self-defense weapon. The Byrna LE is designed for self-defense, training and recreational use.
The kinetic energy of the fired projectile is 15-22 joules , the impact energy of the projectile can be felt painfully even through thick clothing.
The Byrna LE is powered by a 12 gram CO2 capsule, which is sufficient for up to 35 shots and is located in a container under the barrel. The union nut of the container is tightened with an Allen pin integrated into the magazine. The Byrna LE model has a quick release system that means the CO2 capsule is no longer punctured once it is placed in the container. The capsule is only punctured automatically when the trigger is pulled for the first time .
The Byrna LE is powered by CO2 compressed air and fires kinetic and/or chemically irritating .68 caliber projectiles that can neutralize a threat from a distance of up to 20 meters.
The Byrna LE is equipped with a mechanical sight in the form of a front sight and a rear sight. A double-sided safety protects against accidental firing. The profiled handle ensures stable positioning of the weapon in the hand when shooting. It is equipped with rubber pads with a non-slip honeycomb structure.
There is a RIS mounting rail under the barrel, which allows the LE to be equipped with additional accessories such as a flashlight or a laser target pointer.
