The new M40A5 Gen. 2 Spring Rifle from Delta Armory is an extremely high-quality and robust spring-loaded replica of the legendary McMillan M40A5 US Marine Corp Sniper Rifle.
With a spring-loaded AirSoft rifle, the spring must be manually tensioned before each shot. The coated cylinder ensures minimal frictional resistance and therefore very quick and easy reloading.
The entire barrel, trigger guard, system box, magazine well and repeating lever are made of metal and are excellently crafted.
Many technical changes and upgrades were incorporated in Generation 2. These ensure that the internals are even more durable and can withstand stronger springs .
The hop-up chamber, although atypical, is compatible with VSR-10 type hop-up rubbers such as the MR-HOP from Maple Leaf.
A 22 mm top rail is already installed out of the box so that the desired look can be attached without any detours.
The magazine holds 20 BBs and the gun delivers 420 fps / 1.62 Joule out of the box
