The EK-Archery Cobra pistol crossbow with a draw weight of 80 lbs features a cocking mechanism that is both easy to use and safe .
It consists of a robust aluminum body and a bow made of pressed fiberglass and is therefore perfect for small game hunting and target shooting .
Each crossbow comes with 3 aluminum arrows with metal tips and an adjustable tactical sight .
The new self-cocking mechanism is much safer and less strenuous to use. By simply pulling down a swing arm lever , the crossbow's cable can be easily cocked, with the safety automatically engaging. The improved cocking mechanism allows for a faster reload time.
As with any hunting weapon or equipment , proper maintenance is crucial to prolong the life of the crossbow. We therefore recommend that you regularly treat the crossbow's rail slide with rail lubricant and the string with wax to reduce friction that can damage the string. It is also advisable to regularly check the tightness of the crossbow's screws, as vibrations can cause them to loosen over time.
