There are different versions of the Cheetah night vision devices from HIKmicro , with or without reticle, with or without laser rangefinder and with 850nm or 940nm IR illuminator.

The HikMicro Cheetah night vision device can be used in two ways. It can be used as a monocular for handheld wildlife observation . If you remove the eyecup, you can use it as a scope attachment to turn it into a night vision riflescope .

The practical application area of the HikMicro Cheetah Clip-On night vision device is very wide and at the same time very easy to use. With the help of four modes, it can be used at any time of the day:

- Day
- Night
- Automatic
- Fog

The last mode is particularly interesting, as HikMicro has developed its own optical solution to take infrared detection to a higher level in fog . The detection range of the 2560x1440 UHD sensor is 400 meters , supported by the internal 850nm infrared light. This displays a beautifully detailed image with a 25 Hz refresh rate on the 1920x1080 OLED display .

The HikMicro Cheetah night vision device has a rechargeable battery and thanks to the USB-C port, an external power source can also be used. It can also record image (photo and video) and sound , using an internal 64 GB memory. Even recoil activation is supported, so a recording is started when the rifle is fired.
