Bullpup AEGs are characterized by a single special feature - despite their compact dimensions , they have a relatively longer barrel than normal AEGs . This concept has always had fans and opponents, but they have had a firm place on the world market since the late 1970s, when an Austrian company perfected the concept and brought a design to market that was way ahead of its time.
Both the rear and front parts of the Snow Wolf SW-020-BM Phantom DMR are equipped with tactical sling swivels. Access to the hop-up is gained in the traditional way - after the charging handle is pulled back and the cartridge case ejection window is exposed. The handle can be locked in the rear position. A characteristic of this design is that the cartridge case ejection windows are located on both sides of the receiver, which makes it comfortable even for a left-handed user.
The battery of the SW-020BM Phantom DMR is stored in the stock (if such a word can be used in the case of a stockless design). To access the battery, the rubber material block must be removed. Disassembling the entire airsoft into two parts also takes only seconds. To do this, it is necessary to press a metal pin - a latch, and after that the fire selector lever, dividing it from the structure into two parts - the receiver and the front part with the barrel.
The Snow Wolf SW-020BM AUG A2 Phantom DMR comes with an included metal rifle scope with an adjustable reticle.
The AEG from Snow Wolf has a quick spring change system that allows the main spring to be replaced in a minimum of time. The gearbox does not have to be removed.
All that is necessary is to loosen the plastic cap and pull out the slide with the spring through the opening in the back of the gearbox. The system allows for quick adjustment of the airsoft rifle's performance to the conditions expected on the field, without the need for special tools.
