AGM Global Vision TAIPAN TM10-256 thermal imaging monocular

With the Taipan TM10-256, AGM offers a thermal imaging monocular with a 10 mm lens for animal observation when hunting and on excursions into nature. The highly sensitive thermal detector with a resolution of 256 x 192 px with 12 μm architecture guarantees a clear view even in complete darkness.

The monocular is mainly used in scenarios such as patrol, law enforcement, search and rescue, counter-narcotics, anti-smuggling, criminal seizure, hiking, travel and hunting , etc.

With a detection range of up to 460 m, the TM10-256 with 1x optical magnification offers the highest field of view of the Taipan series. This makes it particularly suitable for observing close and medium distances such as baiting and is used, for example, for forest stalking or tracking .

The digital zoom in steps of 2x, 4x and 8x clearly shows individual objects on the 0.2" LCoS display (720 x 540 px).

Black Hot, White Hot, Red Hot and Spectral Colors are the TM10-256's palettes that ensure the best possible imaging of objects. With them, it is possible to clearly distinguish the object from its surroundings, as well as to record tracks and sweat in a period of up to two minutes. The additional hot spot marking including target tracking identifies the highest temperature range and displays it reliably. The built-in stadiametric rangefinder provides reliable information about the distance to the target after marking the object and enables precise addressing.

The TM10-256 offers a variety of display and recording options to capture what you see, analyze it or share it with others. Via the WiFi hotspot generated by the device, the image of the Taipan can be displayed in real time from the device to smartphones connected via the app, recordings and snapshots can be made and remote device control is also possible. The Taipan itself has 8 GB of memory, on which videos and snapshots can also be stored and transferred to PCs and laptops via the USB-C connection.

The robust polymer body with IP67 protection class and functionality at temperatures from -20°C to 55°C ensures maximum protection of the device. Thanks to the 1/4" thread, it can also be used in combination with a tripod. Can be operated with an integrated rechargeable battery ( up to 8 hours if the WiFi hotspot is deactivated) or by using an external power supply (power bank, etc.). Rechargeable via USB-C.
