The Like most GBBs from Tokyo Marui, Hi-Capa 4.3 is made of extremely high quality polymer . The magazine and operating elements (e.g. the safety lever) are made of metal. The handle and lock are made of the very resistant polymer. The original US Army markings are attached to the lock and handle.

The polymer grip scales have a textured surface to increase ease of use and grip.
