The Owlset Night Vision Scope offers a convenient way to get the functionality of a night vision scope without having to mount it on a rifle. You can hold it in your hand or attach it to a helmet using the folding mount .
The eyepiece has a short eye relief of 20 mm and has a diopter adjustment ring that allows you to correct a deviation from -5 to +2 . The lens has a diameter of 18 mm . Next to the lens there is an LED IR illumination with a wavelength of 850 nm.
The Owlset night vision device is powered by a 3.7V rechargeable 18650 lithium battery . The battery lasts up to five hours when the IR lighting is turned off. When the IR lighting is turned on, the battery lasts about three hours. The night vision device has a 3x digital zoom and weighs only 245 grams.
It is also possible to take photos and videos with the night vision device using the app. The Owlset night vision device is IP66 waterproof. This means that it is completely dustproof, dirtproof and water-resistant.
