Based on a design for the Russian SpezNas special unit , a few modifications to improve its suitability as a versatile survival machete resulted in the Walther Modified Survival bush knives .
The heart of the compact Walther MSM is the universal blade, whose powder-coated, impact-resistant carbon steel 1065 is continued with a full tang in the handle.
Divided into areas, it masters a variety of demanding tasks at each point. The front-heavy design distributes the weight of the machete to the tip of the blade , resulting in first-class cutting and chopping properties .
The secondary cutting edge can also be found there, which enables a wide variety of work such as digging and levering .
A sharp-toothed saw back covers work with fibrous material.
The ergonomically shaped G10 scales on the handle guarantee safe working. The practical striker and the lanyard hole are also located there.
The Walther Modified Survival bush knife is delivered including a nylon sheath.
