The Walther PDP folder brings the qualities of the successful performance duty pistol to the sharp world of tactical knives. Selected materials and a well thought-out design convince fans of the weapon and knife friends alike.
The heart of the knife is the coated blade made of D2 steel, which has an extremely good edge retention . With this steel, a length of 92 mm and a thickness of 3.6 mm, it is suitable for demanding tasks in everyday life, in action or in outdoor activities. It locks with a stainless steel liner lock and opens with the detachable thumb button on both sides . The opening aid is based on the magazine holder of the Walther PDP pistol .
The closeness to the successful pistol is particularly clear on the full-size grip: the G10 scales have a one-piece overlay made of GRP with the original Performance Duty structure in addition to the PDP lettering . The pronounced loading grooves of the pistol slide were also immortalized on the scales and offer additional grip.
The knife is stowed and carried within easy reach using the deep carry clip . The lanyard hole is discreetly housed on the rearmost spacer.
